About

About Me:
I am currently an AmeriCorps VISTA working at the Blackstone Valley Tourism Council in Pawtucket, RI as part of the Broad Street Regeneration Initiative team. I'm a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Wheaton College in Norton, MA where I graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a minor degree in Urban Studies. During my senior year, I was inducted into Omicron Delta Epsilon, the International Honor Society for Economics, and was also awarded the Jean Mulcahy Keefe ’44 Prize in Economics in recognition of my outstanding scholarship throughout my four years in college. As an undergraduate, I was a TA for several classes in the department including Microeconomics and Urban Economics. My research interests included community and economic development, access to resources, and the spatial structuring of society. Before joining the team working on the Broad Street Regeneration Initiative, I was an Intern for the planning department in Mansfield, MA, focusing on traffic and parking management.
